Continuum — Support

Continuum shows your live AI coding-tool usage (rate-limit gauges + token/cost analytics) on Mac, iPhone, and Apple Watch.

Getting started

1. Install Continuum on your Mac and open it — it appears in the menu bar.
2. On the Mac, open the dashboard and use "Sync with iPhone" to pair via QR code.
3. Install Continuum Console on your iPhone (and the Watch app) and scan the code.

Common questions

iPhone shows "Waiting for Mac sync"? Make sure both devices are on the same network (or Tailscale) and the Mac app is running, then re-scan the pairing QR.

No usage showing? Continuum reads the local logs of your AI CLIs; make sure you've used the CLI at least once on the paired Mac.
