Continuum is a console that lets you operate AI coding agents and command-line tools that run on your own computer. It is provided as a tool; you are responsible for the AI provider accounts you connect and for the prompts, code, and files you choose to send to them.
Continuum sends the content you choose to the AI providers you select (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Cursor, xAI, Google, and OpenCode). Your use of those services is governed by each provider’s own terms and privacy policy. Continuum is not responsible for the output, availability, billing, or data practices of those providers.
Use Continuum lawfully. Do not use it to violate the terms of any connected AI provider, to infringe others’ rights, or to process data you are not permitted to process.
Continuum is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. AI output may be inaccurate; review it before relying on it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Montauk Analytics Inc. is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app or of any connected AI provider.
We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
